    PiP: a software for calculating vibration from underground railways

    Developed by: Dr. Mohammed Hussein and Dr. Hugh Hunt



    This software is developed by Dr. Mohammed Hussein (mhussein@qu.edu.qa) of the Qatar University and Dr. Hugh Hunt (hemh1@cam.ac.uk) of the University of Cambridge.

    The developers would like to acknowledge Dr. James Forrest who developed the basic formulation of a tunnel embedded in a full space. The devlopers would also like to aknowledge Prof. Geert Degrande and his team for their collaboration in validating the numerical model for a tunnel embedded in a half space against the coupled FE-BE model.
